BLIND EDUCATION AND REHABILITATION DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION (BERDO) is a national level OPD (Organization of Persons with Disabilities) that came into being in 1991 in response to address the Persons with Disabilities in Bangladesh.
In Bangladesh, there are 16 million people living with different form of disabilities. Their rights are often denied, violated that force them to exclusion. The economic value of such exclusion is enormous.
